SASCO’s pre insulated duct work with distinct features offer a versatile and popular alternative to GI ductwork. SASCO’s pre-insulated ducts are extremely light weight and offer high performance with annual energy savings up to 20%. Environmental friendly, CFC and HCFC free pre- insulated duct work is also cleanable, hygienic and contains no microbes.

SASCO’s offers pre-insulated ducts made of polyisocyanurate, polyurethane and Hydro panels and phenolic panels of the panel is crucial as the panels are made exclusive for specific application requirement.

PIR is a “Polyisocyanurate” sandwich panel composed of an expanded polyisocyanurate rigid foam board covered on both sides by an embossed aluminum foil, suitable for the construction of air ducts in heating and air- conditioning installations. The external side of the aluminum is lacquered with a 3g/m2 of corrosion resistant and ultraviolet ray’s protection.
